The “words” we use create, our REAL.ITY
They shape our perceptions
And colour how we respond to people and events we encounter
Content to rest in our minds
We let our reality be shaped by the words we use
and the meaning we (or others) assign to them
This creates the framework of our world
And supports our charade
Truth
Justice
Success
Freedom
Happiness
Victim
Good
Bad
Heaven
Hell
Our words create reality
All that we are is the result of what we have thought, it is founded on our thoughts, it is made up of our thoughts.

Until reality strikes
Pain, suffering and death (of a loved one or a cherished idea)
Rip us from this make-belief world
And plunge us into chaos
Where we struggle to try to make sense of what happened to us
This is because the language we used
The words that carried our previous life
No longer support the weight of life in the real world
Don’t place your faith in words
Build your life on a firm foundation
Not on sand
