The quickest route between two points is not always a straight line

Most of the time in life the quickest way may not be the best way.

One way bridge

In life, it is impossible to get from one point to another in a straight line.

Mapping out the fastest, quickest or most efficient route works only in virtual reality on Google Maps.

In real life, you need to navigate through the delays, detours and roadblocks that life will throw at you.

It is never straightforward.

So it makes perfect sense to expect these obstacles along the way.

They are there not to stop your journey but to give your life colour and character as you experience the different sights and attractions that lie just off the beaten path.

Don’t be in a rush to get to wherever you think you need to be, you may just miss the beautiful attraction right in front of you now.

Simply stop, be still and breathe

Stop.

Be still.

Take a slow deep breath,

Exhale,

Repeat 3 X.

And enjoy this moment!

It is all you really have.
