Fail. Stand up. Wipe yourself off. Try again.
Failure is not the end and it is not a judgement on our self-worth.
We are infinitely more valuable than a job, title or role we play.
Failure is part of the journey of life, of learning and growing. It is the catalyst for innovation and discovery. Yet we fear failure and avoid it like the plague.
Learning to accept it for what it is and placing it in a proper perspective can set us free.
What would it feel like to not be afraid to fail? To be willing to give it a go without worrying about what happens next.
I know it’s tough to admit that we have failed to others and to our self and be willing to try again.
The biggest obstacle to change is our ego.
“It is not the mountain we conquer but ourselves” – Sir Edmund Hillary.
