Life is made up of a series of decisions that we really don’t know the “right” answer to.
Well not always immediately at least.
Sometimes when we make the “wrong” decision, we sit and wonder if only I had…
While worry keeps our minds occupied with the outcome of our future, regret forces us to be stuck in the past.
Whatever it was, it stops us moving forward and keeps us up at night wondering what would have happened if only we had taken the other option.
The truth is…
Life can only be understood backwards but it must be lived forwards – Soren Kierkegaard

Life cannot and must not be lived out looking in the rear-view mirror.
With the benefit of hindsight, we can look back at the milestones and turning points in our lives and learn from them. But we cannot afford to be stuck in the past living out of regret, guilt, and worry.
Once you pass these milestones, your life is changed forever.
Your first love
Starting a new job
Moving to a new place
Getting married
The birth of your first, second, third, etc. child
< Fill in the blanks … >
Right or wrong you need to take responsibility for yourself (and your decisions/actions) and move forward.
Once you pass the point of no return, there is only one way – FORWARD.
No looking back.
No regrets.
We need to set ourselves free and cast away the chains of guilt that bind us to the past and stop us moving forward to live life to its fullest with no regrets.
