Our biggest threats are not rogue states, terrorist organisations or even corrupt politicians but is hidden away in plain sight.
Your greatest enemy is you. Your ego or the false self can be your greatest enemy because it prevents you from seeing your own flaws or mistakes. This shortsightedness however does not stop you from being able to see everyone else’s mistakes no matter if they are big or small.
You have to leave the comfort and security of home in order to find home. We have to come out of our own selfish and self-centred worldview to see how big, infinite and diverse yet so much alike we all are.
