Self-awareness is the first step to freedom

If you want to know who you are, you first have to let go of your self-identity or who you think you are.

Self-awareness is the first step to freedom.
Stepping back you begin to see yourself like you would another.
Detached,
Without judgment,
With lots of compassion.

Why is it easier for a camel to enter the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God? Jesus

Unconscious OS

You slowly begin to unpack your unconscious operating system.
Then ask yourself:

Who am I?

It’s not what I do
It’s not what I own
It’s not who people say I am

Who am I?

Is it the many roles I play?

Is it my possessions?

Or maybe it is my public image?

Questions to help you discover yourself

Stripped down.
Remove the masks.
Throw away the baggage.
Who do I see when I look into the mirror?

How does my past shape my future?
How does it colour what I see?
What are the barriers that restrict my growth?
What are the prisons I have created that keep me trapped?

Withdraw to a quite place,
Disengage your thinking mind,
Engage your feelings, emotions and body,
Your whole self.

Reflection

Stop.
Be still.
Breathe…
Simply be.

Don’t be afraid to ask the questions that have no answers.
Why am I here?
What is the purpose of my life?

These questions will open up new routes for you to explore inwards.
The examined life offers many hidden opportunities.
Find meaning and purpose in the midst of chaos.
Discover strength and courage to move forward.
Power you need to meet the uncertainty of the future.

The life long journey to find yourself
